Apartment residents lose homes in South Tucson blaze

TUCSON, Ariz. - South Tucson apartment residents lost their homes Thursday in a fire.

According to Jessica Nolte of Tucson Fire, the blaze was at 420 E. 28th Street.

The fire started in the first floor of the three-story building and spread to the second floor before it was contained.

The Red Cross planned to assist residents displaced by the fire.
