Attorney General Mark Brnovich is warning the public about a convicted drug trafficker who is at large.
Mario Sergio Dorame, who was found guilty of transporting 70 pounds of cocaine, conducting a criminal enterprise and conspiracy, went on the run during a trial. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.
Dorame was driving a truck westbound on I-10 in November when an Arizona Department of Public Safety trooper pulled him over for a traffic violation. The trooper found 70 pounds of cocaine hidden in the truck. Dorame was arrested and released without bond. He went on the run before his jury trial started in September.
