Here are this week's hottest home video releases:
Conor McGregor: Notorious
Filmmakers followed mercurial MMA and boxing star Conor McGregor over the course of four years, chronicling his rise to the peak of fame and bewildering riches, as well as his struggles in the octagon against Nate Diaz and in the ring against Floyd Mayweather. Extras include deleted scenes.
Despicable Me 3
Ex-supervillain Gru teams up with his pompous estranged brother, Dru, on a wild caper that plunges him back into criminality. Steve Carell voices both characters with whimsical verve, and the Minions pop up for their usual barrage of sight gags and slapstick. The series may be losing its momentum, but still has enough in the tank to please fans. Deleted scenes, background featurettes, and the short "The Secret Life of Kyle" make up the slate of extras. A set of all three "Despicable Me" movies -- minus the spinoff "Minions" -- is sold separately.
One Day at a Time: The Complete Series
The 1975-1984 series starred Bonnie Franklin as a woman struggling to raise her two daughters (Mackenzie Phillips and Valerie Bertinelli) in an Indianapolis apartment, dealing with the goofy antics of building supe Schneider (Pat Harrington). While the laughs are as dated as expected, the charm holds up, keeping the sit-com as watchable as ever. The reunion episode is included, as well as a retrospective featurette and new interviews with Phillips and Scarpelli.
Studios provided review screeners.
