UPDATE 1:19 p.m., 10/08:
According to a social media post from Tucson Fire, crews responded to the 1700 block of South 29th Place at just after 9:50 p.m.
Upon arrival, they encountered "a heavy fire load and went into defensive operation." A second alarm was called.
Crews were hampered by broken natural gas lines and a partial roof collapse, the post said. The fire was under control by 11:29 p.m.
No one was inside the home. One person was treated at the scene for smoke inhalation.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.

The Tucson Fire Department is battling a house fire on the Southeast side.
The department told KGUN 9 Monday night that they are working to put out a house fire near 22nd Street and Prudence.
Details are limited at this time, but KGUN 9 has a crew on the way to the scene.
