MARANA, Ariz. (KGUN) — Marana PD reports James Harold Kelly, a 61-year-old man who hasn't been seen since Thursday, Feb. 5th, was found dead on Wednesday, Feb. 11th at 1 p.m., by Pima County Search and Rescue.
Kelly was last seen on Thursday between 10:40 a.m. and 11 a.m., leaving his residence.
His car was parked near the Wild Burro Trailhead, near the Ritz Carlton.
Authorities received a call alerting them that Kelly was missing later that evening.
Law enforcement across Southern Arizona began to search for him, and local hikers began walking the trail, looking for any signs of Kelly.
Kelly's body was found along with some of his personal belongings, near the trail.
A cause of death has not been given. Marana PD says no foul play is suspected.
