CATALINA FOOTHILLS, Ariz. (KGUN) — A car crashed into a tree on River Road near Via Entrada Sunday, according to the Pima County Sheriff's Department.
PCSD says the driver was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries, however he has since been considered stable.
The crash initially caused a road closure, but it has since been reopened.
Speed and impairment are believed to be the main factors in the crash.
