Chef and Owner of The Parish, Travis Peters is one of the competitors in this years Iron Chef Tucson event. He makes one of their top selling menu items “The Drunken Angel” for us to gear up for the competition and shares the recipe here.
Recipe for Drunken Angel
6 ounces pasta cooked in red wine
1 oz blended oil
1/2 tablespoon fresh diced garlic
4 oz fresh shrimp, cleaned
3 ounces craw fish tails
1 ounce red bell pepper and saffron pure
2 oz lobster stock
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
Parmesan to taste
