Selena Gomez is portraying legendary singer Linda Ronstadt in an upcoming biopic.
Rolling Stone reports its for a biopic of the 11-time Grammy award winning singer.
Gomez first teased the role posting a picture of the Ronstadt memoir "Simple Dreams" on Instagram Tuesday.
Both women have Mexican heritage.
No other casting are announced yet. However, Ronstadt's manager is attached to the project.
