Casa Grande PD: Kids in stolen vehicle found safe

The Casa Grande Police Department says two small boys have been found safe after the car they were sleeping in was stolen Friday night.

Police say the boys were in the back seat of the vehicle when it was stolen around 9:15 p.m. from an Auto Zone parking lot near Florence Boulevard and Peart Road.

Officers say both kids were dropped off at a McDonald's in Marana, Arizona and are safely in police custody.

After the kids were found, police located the stolen vehicle and initiated a pursuit. Authorities say the pursuit ended with a collision.

There is no additional information at this time.
