TUCSON, Ariz. - U.S. Border Patrol agents found 165 pounds of meth that two men were smuggling in a Nogales, Ariz. drainage tunnel.
Agents spotted the men floating 70 drug packages tied together by a rope shortly after 8:30 a.m. Jan. 17.
The suspects face narcotics smuggling charges and immigration-related violations.
