TUCSON, Ariz. - U.S. Border Patrol agents arrested a man who had been deported after being convicted of sex crimes.
According to the agency, 32-year-old Fabian Anastacio Ramirez-Lopez was arrested west of Nogales. He was convicted of sex assault in Salt Lake City in 2014 and deported.
He was placed in federal custody and faces felony immigration charges.
