The Siphon Fire is burning 18 miles southwest of Willcox after lightning struck on July 4.
The fire has burned 270 acres and is 50 percent contained.
There are six people assigned to assist, with miscellaneous overhead.
Three primary residences evacuated when the fire started, but they have returned home.
Stage 2 fire restrictions are in effect for Cochise, Greenlee, Graham, Pima, Pinal, and Santa Cruz counties on state-owned and state-managed lands.
