Cody Clark was convicted Monday in the 2015 murder of his friend, Austin Gann.
Clark was found guilty of first degree murder in Pima County Superior Court. Authorities say Clark and Gann had been out drinking during when Clark shot him to death in the head inside a vehicle in Marana the next morning. Gann was 22.
Clark will be sentenced Feb. 6.
