On Thursday night, U.S. Border Patrol agents arrested a convicted kidnapper who had illegally re-entered the country.
According to the Border Patrol, agents arrested 29-year-old Victorino Rosado-Morales near 9th and H Street in Douglas. He was convicted on a 2008 Maricopa County kidnapping charge.
He now faces criminal prosecution for illegally re-entering the U.S. Also arrested was a 39-year-old woman, who was deported.
