PHOENIX - Significant snowfall is expected starting Thursday night and continuing into Saturday morning in the Flagstaff area and higher elevations of eastern and southern Arizona.
The National Weather Service said total snow accumulations will include Flagstaff getting up to 9 inches, Payson up to 4 inches and Pinetop-Lakeside up to 10 inches.
The weather service said drivers should be prepared for snow-covered roads and limited visibility.
