TUCSON, Ariz. (KGUN) — Highs will stay 5-8° below normal through Tuesday, with gusty afternoon winds.

Another warm-up will set in by midweek, with above normal afternoon highs by Thursday.

A weather system will move through this weekend bringing breezy winds and fire weather
concerns.
