World Renowned Me2/Orchestra and Neurocrine Biosciences Launch the Monumental Moments™ Charitable Initiative and New Score Inspired by Real-Life Stories During the Pandemic
We are living in an unprecedented time, where everyone’s mental health is being put to the test. This October, right before World Mental Health Day (October 10th) and during Mental Illness Awareness Week (October 4-10th), the world renowned Me2/Orchestra and Neurocrine Biosciences will launch the charitable initiative and community platform, Monumental Moments™. The cornerstone of the initiative will be the creation and unveiling of an original musical score created by the Boston-based Me2/Orchestra, the world’s only known classical music organization created for individuals with mental illness and the people who support them. The orchestra’s members have shared their personal stories – challenges, successes, and how they have coped during the pandemic to help inspire and shape the score that will act as the soundtrack for these unprecedented times.
