- Not sure what to sell? Spring is the perfect time to sell seasonal items such as winter coats and boots that will likely last kids only one year. In turn, you can score deals on items to be used in the warmer weather.
- Once you've cleared some room, give your home a new look by refreshing your space with home decor and furniture sourced locally. Type in a search for what you're looking for - end tables, artwork, mirrors, and more - then narrow it down by price and what's nearest to you.
- It's also a good time to spring clean your finances. Decluttering means more money in your pocket, which you can use to pay down debts, contribute to retirement, or create an emergency fund.
