Roadrunners win first ever home game 6-5 over Stockton

In front of a sellout crowd of 6,251, the Tucson Roadrunners defeated Stockton, 6-5, at the Tucson Convention Center.

Tucson got goals from six different players. Defenseman Anthony DeAngelo had 3 assists. Adin HIll stopped 36 of 41 shots.

It was the first home game for the new AHL franchise. The Roadrunners are the Coyotes minor league affiliate. They purchased the team, and moved it from Springfield, Massachusettes, earlier this year

The Roadrunners improve their record to 3-1. They host Stockton again, on Sunday afternoon.
