It appears the second chance the Phoenix Suns gave to Jeff Hornacek is already coming to an end.
According to Yahoo! Sports, the Suns head coach was relieved of his duties on Sunday night after the Dallas Mavericks game. The Suns later confirmed the firing.
Sunday’s loss to the Mavericks was the team’s 35th loss of the season.
The Suns are currently in 13th place.
Yahoo! Sports reports one of the Suns’ assistant coaches is expected to be named interim head coach.
