Tanque Verde '03 Boys Soccer will represent Arizona in the regional tournament next week in Seattle.
The boys rolled through the state tournament, outscoring their opponents 21-2.
"I think we're all attacking, aggressive, we have good ball movement," said center midfielder Brandon Sanchez. "Our defenders are very fast and move very well."
"We're aggressive," said forward Pavel Arvizu. "We have a lot of technical ability and we're fast, too."
The all-star team made up of players from southern Arizona is coached by Bel Haouala.
"They are very talented players," said Haouala. "They are very talented on the ball but the one ting that's hard to coach - they have the drive. They are competitive. It comes from within."
Their first opponent will be Monday against host Seattle, and they'll take on teams throughout the western United States.
"We want them to enjoy it," added Haouala. "It's more about the journey than the end result."
