TUCSON, Ariz — Sean Miller and his wife, Amy, scored big for the Drachman Boys and Girls Club of Southern Arizona.
The Millers are giving a new gym floor and a new air conditioning unit to the facility on South Santa Clara Road.
"I just think it gives so many young kids in Tucson an opportunity," said Sean Miller. "What you recognize in these clubhouses is that it is a safe place where they are able to be around really good people and learn how to make good decisions that can impact their life in such a positive way."
Miller learned about the club's outdated facility at a Boys and Girls Club event this past summer.
"This is going to make a huge different in being able to come in and use the gym twelve months out of the year and not just six," said Tucson Boys and Girls Club CEO Debbie Wagner.
The new floor and air conditioning unit are expected to be in place by the end of February.
