Arizona's season officially ended Sunday after a 9-3 loss to Sam Houston State.
Cody Deason got to start on the mound, allowing just one run in the first five outs.
The Bearkats then scored a total of eight runs in the inning to go ahead 9-0.
The eight-run inning was tied for the most for Sam Huston all year.
Arizona was never able to rally back.
The team finished the year with a record of 38-21.
