TUCSON, Arizona — Arizona Football safety Scottie Young Jr. is entering the transfer portal and will play his senior season of eligibility elsewhere.
Young made the announcement on twitter. He started all twelve games last year and recorded 66 tackles to go along with one interception.
Young got off to a strong start in his freshman season of 2017 but was arrested on a misdemeanor domestic violence charge, although it was later dismissed.
The news comes after three Arizona safeties already transferred in the offseason.
