Arizona Rattlers Head Coach and General Manager Kevin Guy is about to become a professional sports franchise owner here in Tucson.
Details of the expansion indoor football team will be announced Thursday at Tucson Arena.
Kevin Guy and his wife Cathy, Tucson Mayor Jonathan Rothschild, Fletcher McCusker and Mark Irvin from the Rio Nuevo District, and a representative from the indoor league will attend the announcement.
On the eve of the news conference, Kevin Guy told KGUN 9 about his excitement level.
Guy said they will hold a contest to allow Tucsonans to chose the name of the team.
