Alkins joins five-star recruit Kobi Simmons, from Georgia, and Lauri Markkannan, from Finald as part of next year's class. The Wildcats graduate Gabe York, Mark Tollefsen, Ryan Anderson, and Kaleb Tarczewski. Allonzo Trier could head to the NBA and the status of Elliott Pitts is uncertain after leaving the team.
It is ironic that Alkins took an official visit when Arizona was hosting Oregon, it's only home loss in the last three years.
