TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - It liked Arizona football so much, it wants the Wildcats back. The UA is headed to the Gildan New Mexico bowl for the second time in four years but for some it feels like yesterday.
Who could forget December 15,2012? The Wildcats were down 21-0 to Nevada but came back to win in the final minute. This year the Wildcats will play New Mexico in the New Mexico bowl.
The announcement comes one day after Rich Rodriguez declined South Carolina to stay in Arizona.
