The Arizona Women's volleyball team found themselves in the Sweet 16 for the first time since 2005.
They were defeated by 8th ranked Washington, 3-0.
Coach Dave Rubio knew the matchup would be a challenge, as Washington is playing some of their best volleyball of the year and at a time when it matters most.
The Wildcats have seen appearances in 4 straight NCAA tournaments and it was the wininngest Senior class in 13 years.
8th ranked Washington advances to meet #1 ranked Nebraska on Saturday.
