TUCSON, Ariz. — Even coronavirus can't stop Santa Claus from coming to town.
This year he's doing his visits with safety precautions in place.
Santa Claus actors working with the Southern Arizona Nocturnal Toymakers Association are doing in-person visits with a face shield and social distancing. They are also doing virtual visits.
We spoke to one actor who said he's usually booked solid this time of year. In 2020, visit requests are down.
