TUCSON, Ariz. — A gluten-free establishment is managing to make ends meet during the pandemic.

Dedicated Bakery reopened Thursday, thanks to a PPP loan that helped the business bring back staff.

The midtown coffee shop and bakery, at 4500 E. Speedway, specializes in making gluten-free sweet treats and pizza.
