Early Tuesday morning, two wrecks on eastbound I-10 near Avra Valley shut down traffic for two hours.
A wreck involving a wrong way driver near Twin Peaks caused a traffic backup to Avra Valley. Then, a semi stopped in that backup was hit by a sedan that was unable to stop in time.
