Firefighters are battling a wildfire on the east side of Catalina Highway, above the Gordon Hirabayashi Recreation area that has burned 35 acres.
According to Inciweb, the Bug Fire is estimated to be 35 acres.
At 0% containment, all resources will remain on the fire: four engines, two hand crews, one hotshot crew.
Firefighters will work to construct and strengthen fire line, according to InciWeb.
Catalina Highway is open but drivers should expect heavy traffic.
