Two wildfires torch hundreds of acres southeast of town

TUCSON, Ariz. - Crews are monitoring two fires that started southeast of Tucson Tuesday.

According to Sonoita-Elgin Fire District Battalion Chief Mark Bennett, the Hilton Wash Fire grew to 250 acres. It was tarted by lighting Tuesday afternoon.

The Oil Well Fire near Hilton Wash started at 7 p.m. Tuesday and has grown to 150 acres.
