The Frye Fire continues to burn 7 miles southwest of Safford.
The fire has grown to 47,668 acres at 66 percent containment.
There will be a community meeting at Thatcher Middle School (1340 4th Ave.) Thursday at 7 p.m.
Stage 2 fire restrictions are in effect until rescinded by the Coronado National Forest.
The Frye Fire currently has 528 total personnel assigned, with 25 engines, 9 water tenders, and 7 helicopters.
The lightning-caused fire began on June 7th.
