The three-day 27th annual Desert Skies Methodist Church Flea Market is expected to raise more than $100,00 for local charities, according to organizer Jerry Meyers.

Donations are collected all year long for the six-acre rummage sale at 3255 N. Houghton Rd. One of those six acres is for cars, trucks, and boats alone.

The sale also includes clothes, art, furniture, electronics, appliances, household items, sports equipment, holiday decor, books, tools, and lots more.

In 2015, profits from the flea market went to support local hungry children, educational support for lower income students, Gospel Rescue Mission, Sixth Street Gym, Echoing Hope, Southwest Medical and transportation for children who need medical attention as well as many other outreach/mission needs, according to a statement from the church.

The sale runs Thursday, November 3, through Saturday, November 5.

Thursday - Friday: 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Saturday: 7 a.m. - Noon
