President Donald Trump is making a return visit to Arizona to campaign for Senate hopeful Martha McSally, the Republican candidate has told ABC15.
Following a Thursday interview, McSally said Trump will be making his way back to our state, but did not confirm a date or specific location for his visit.

Security details for the trip are reportedly being worked on right now.
Trump is the latest in a string of high-profile Republicans heading to Arizona to stump for McSally, who's facing off against Democrat Kyrsten Sinema to fill Jeff Flake's Senate seat.
Former President George W. Bush and former presidential candidate Mitt Romney will both be in the Valley on Friday at rallies for the McSally campaign.

Trump last visited the Valley in August 2017. The rally sparked a protest with thousands of people outside of the Phoenix Convention Center afterward. Police eventually resorted to using tear gas, along with pepper balls to subdue the crowd.
Phoenix Police Chief Jeri Williams said a small group of individuals made "a choice of criminal conduct" by throwing rocks, bottles, and gas at police officers before police escalated their response.
Police say at least four people were arrested during the protest. Phoenix Fire Department said 56 people were treated for heat-related medical issues.
ABC15 has reached out to Phoenix Convention Center about the possibility of hosting President Trump's upcoming visit, along with multiple other venues.
