PHOENIX (AP) - Authorities say a teenage boy has been arrested in connection with a homicide earlier this month in central Phoenix.
Police say the teen has been booked into jail on felony murder, burglary and armed robbery.
His name hasn't been released because he's a juvenile.
Phoenix police say officers responded last Wednesday to a report of unknown trouble at a house.
Police say 30-year-old Diego Martinez was fatally shot by the suspect when he arrived home from work and found his home being burglarized.
They say the suspect stole the victim's cellphone and wallet before fleeing the scene and threw the gun into a trash container.
Police say security video and blood on his clothing linked the teen to the case.
