Sources tell KGUN9's sister station ABC15 that the situation began as a burglary call in a neighborhood near 51st Avenue and Baseline Road. Officers responded to the area after a call from a resident reported his son was stealing his guns.
The suspect is dead, sources confirm. Footage from Air15 shows a dark van in the driveway of a home with the rear windshield shot out. Other side windows appear to also have been shot out.
