Scottsdale police say a large scene they are working Monday morning is related to a string of deaths over the past several days.

ABC15 crews are in the area of 69th Street and Shea Boulevard where officials were working to make suspect contact at an Extended Stay Hotel.
Law enforcement sources tell ABC News, officers responded to the hotel and the suspect opened fire on them. A robot was later sent into the room where it was determined that the suspect committed suicide.
Scottsdale police also tell ABC15 this "does appear to be related" to a string of deaths in Scottsdale.
Police say the deaths of prominent forensic psychiatrist Steven Pitt at his Phoenix office on Thursday and two paralegals at an Old Town Scottsdale law office on Friday are related. A fourth death is also under investigation.
