An accused "peeping tom" is putting an East Valley community on edge.

ABC15 first reported on the incident back in September .

A Scottsdale homeowner, who didn't want to be identified, captured a man on surveillance video creeping through his backyard near the Loop 101 and Cactus Road.

"My daughter comes running to our side of the house swearing that she saw a man in her window," he said.

But by the time he went outside, he says the man was already gone.

Months later, the same homeowner tells ABC15 surveillance cameras have once again captured a man looking through his daughter's window.

"We possibly have seen this person again the other night," he said.

It happened early Saturday morning.

The video shows the man walking up to the window and looking inside.

The homeowner says his dogs then chased the man out of the yard. He says the man possibly jumped over their back wall.

The homeowner says police searched the neighborhood but couldn't find the man.

"We all know this guy has got to be capable of doing more than what he's already doing," Mark Speno, a next door neighbor, said. "This can escalate into something greater than it already is."

In the video, the man is seen wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt.

"You see some very distinctive markings on this person," the homeowner said. "That is an independent brand. I'm told that it's in the skateboarding community. Someone's going to know who this person is."

Neighbors are asking that if you know who this person is, to call Scottsdale police.

According to police, the investigation has been forwarded to case detectives.
