The Pinal County Sheriff’s Office says they arrested 27-year-old Steven Slain Saturday for threatening to light fuel pumps on fire at a Circle K.

It happened at the gas station near the Hunt Highway and Bella Vista Road around 5:30 a.m.

PCSO says the gas station clerk fist called 9-1-1 and told them Slain had made a “terrorist threat” against the store, and that he threatened to light the pumps on fire.

When deputies arrived, they say Sain made the threat again, and said that he also burned down several homes in the San Francisco area to get rid of homeless people in the area.

PCSO arrested Sain for possession of marijuana, and for making the threats.

An investigation will be conducted to find out of Sain is connected to any arson cases.
