Citizens Bank customers are having problems with their accounts Friday due to a "processing issue," the company said on it's Twitter account.
Citizens Bank operates in 11 states. According to its website, "Citizens helps its retail customers 'bank better' with mobile and online banking and the convenience of approximately 3,200 ATMs and approximately 1,200 branches in 11 states in the New England, Mid-Atlantic and Midwest regions."
