Wright Flight program encouraging students to meet their academic goals and fly a plane

TUCSON, Ariz. - Work hard, play hard is the motto for a group of students from Tucson Unified and Vail School District.

The students graduated from the Wright Flight program this morning, and got to fly an airplane for the first time.

The program works with schools to academic goals for students, and when the kids meet those goals, it's time to soar.

The Wright Flight program founder says, it's a great incentive for students to hard in class, and it pays off.

The program works with schools around Southern Arizona to emphasize keeping grades up, and to pass along a love of avaition.
