No charges in Circle K accident

TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - Police are not pursuing charges against a woman that crashed into a Circle K on Tucson's northwest side according to Marana Police Sgt. Chris Warren.

Brian Keely, spokesperson with Northwest Fire District says a woman in a Dodge Ram drove into the Circle K in the 4900 block of West Ina Road around 4:30 p.m on Wednesday.
 
Her truck went through front windows of the store and pushed in a coffee stand and register.
 
The driver and one other person were evaluated on scene, They can't confirm whether the other person was hit or not. 
 
In a second and unrelated accident, a driver was t-boned by another car outside the Circle K.
 
The incident happened at the same time as the other incident.
 
Keeley says the driver who got t-boned was extricated and transported to Banner UMC in stable condition.
