Border Protection Officers arrested a 35-year-old woman for trying to smuggle about $24,000 worth of drugs over the border with her 12-year-old daughter.
The woman was referred to a vehicle search with her 3 children in the car where they found over 2 pounds of cocaine wrapped around her daughter's torso.
CBP officers seized the car as well as the drugs, then gave the case over to U.S. Immigration and Enforcement Homeland Security Investigations.
The woman was charged by complaint, a process that allows filling of charges without interring guilt.
