PHOENIX (AP) - Police say a 38-year-old woman faces manslaughter and aggravated assault charges after fatally striking a motorcyclist with her car.

Phoenix police say Yasmelli Saenz made a left turn without yielding to 21-year-old Samuel Quick, who was killed. His passenger was injured. Both were wearing helmets.

Police suspect Saenz was impaired.

It's not clear if she has an attorney yet to comment on her behalf.
