TUCSON, Ariz. - A woman was arrested after a 7-year-old girl died in a Wednesday wreck.
According to the Pima County Sheriff's Department, the two-vehicle wreck happened at 6 p.m. near Valencia and Camino de la Tierra.
According to the Tucson Redskins Facebook page, the girl was Jazelle Armenta, who was a part of the organization's cheerleader squad.
The community will gather for an 8 p.m. Friday vigil at Manzanita Park, 5200 S. Westover Ave.

She was killed in a crash Wednesday night. She was a cheerleader for the youth football team the Tucson Redskins.

Vilma Wamsley, 65, was arrested on charges of a motor vehicle wreck causing death.
Jazelle's family is raising money for funeral costs through Go Fund Me. More than $16,000 was raised in one day.
