A Wyoming truck driver got a nasty surprise while driving through Elk Mountain, Wyoming.
Gusts as high as 70 mph rocked the vehicle on its side, sending it tumbling on top of a police car.
According to CNN reports, no officers were in the vehicle at the time and no one was injured.
