A seventh-grade student at Marana Middle School was arrested after allegedly making a verbal threat to at least two other students.
According to Marana Police Department, school administrators notified Marana PD, who then opened a criminal investigation.
The investigation is ongoing. There is no active threat to the school or community, Marana PD said.
