Interstate 10 westbound between Casa Grande and Phoenix has reopened after a vehicle fire caused the area to close Saturday morning.
According to the Arizona Department of Transportation, the closure was at milepost 173. A detour is available at milepost 175 onto state route 587 allowing drivers to proceed into the Phoenix area.
ADOT says drivers should expect delays while the 8-mile backup clears.
